After being a stay-at-home mum with a 10-year professional gap, Zahra took to LinkedIn over Covid and through sharing her lessons learned in life and telling her stories, she noticed, unknowingly she'd helped many introverts come out of their shell. The demand was so high that she embarked on scaling this to serve one-to-many by joining to Public Speakers Academy of Andy Harrington Where the Holistic Performance Growth System was born whilst keeping a minimal public profile.

Since then, she has successfully coached many across the globe from various backgrounds on a one-to-one basis by first helping them understand their intangible Drivers, why, and how.

None of this would have been possible without the support of her Husband, Richard, and John L (the Founder of Flowcess), who over the last 5 years, has helped her through the transition despite losing family members to COVID.
